How do I place an order? 

You can place an order a few ways:
-send a message to Anna's Sweet Shop on Facebook or Instagram
-email annassweetshop@gmail.com

-fill out the Get in Touch form on the home page

-Fill out an online order request form

I will respond at my earliest convenience and confirm my availability, provide a quote, and discuss further order details with you. Please keep in mind that I am a one woman show and full time momma. I appreciate your patience as I get back to you.

How far in advance do I need to order?

As far in advance as possible! The sooner you reach out, the better. Some dates book up faster than others.

 

I do require at least 2 weeks notice for all orders (unless otherwise noted by a limited time promotion). Feel free to check out my availability calendar on my website or contact me to confirm if I have your event date available.

**Please note, occasionally I am able to work in an order on a shorter notice. A rush fee may be applied if I am able to. 

Sales and promotions vary. Follow Anna's Sweet Shop on Facebook and/or sign up for the Anna's Sweet Shop newsletter to receive all the latest news and promos.

Are there any promotions or sales?

Can I freeze the decorated sugar cookies?

Yes! The decorated sugar cookies freeze great. To freeze sugar cookies, individually package each cookie in its own bag and place all bags in air tight container in the freezer. Allow cookies to thaw/come to room temperature before opening the container and bags. (Do not refrigerate decorated sugar cookies).

Can you make character cakes or cookies?

Unfortunately, I am unable to sell desserts decorated with licensed & copyrighted characters, logos, etc.

I do not own the rights to use or recreate licensed and copyrighted images.
Any licensed or copyrighted cake/cupcake toppers must be purchased and placed on by customer after pickup.

Do you sell chocolate covered strawberries?

No, following the MN Cottage Food Producer laws, I am unable to sell chocolate covered fruit.

What payment methods do you accept?

I will often do presales and accept preorders around busy Holidays, for example Christmas.

How does it work? I will post a pre-order form on social media and on my website weeks in advance. The pre-order form will list the dessert options I will be offering, along with the pick up dates I am offering. You are then able to fill out the form with what desserts you would like, what quantities, your desired pick up date and time, and contact information. I then reach out to confirm details and send an invoice/quote. Only a limited number of orders are accepted during presales. The preorder form will be closed when I can no longer accept any more orders.
 

What are your most popular cake/cupcake flavors?

My top two sellers are white almond wedding and cookies and cream.

Is Anna's Sweet Shop allergy friendly?

Anna's Sweet Shop's products may contain traces of almonds, cashews, coconut, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, pecans, pine nuts, walnuts, sesame, eggs, soy, milk and wheat.
All ingredients are printed on ingredient label.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

No, prices firmly apply to all orders regardless of order size. 

Do you offer shipping?

No, under the MN Cottage Food Producer laws, I am unable to ship baked goods.

Do you offer delivery and event set up?

At this time, I am unable to offer delivery and set up.

How do presales/preorders work?

I accept cash, Venmo and Zelle.

Your calendar shows unavailable for my event date. Can you do just one more order?

I would if I could! I do all of Anna's Sweet Shop baking and decorating after my kids have gone to bed, and it is just me. Needless to say, I can only accept so many orders because of this. Thank you for your understanding.
