Order Terms/Contract

1. 50% of your order total (if applicable) is due at the time of placing the order. This initial payment secures your order and event date and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2. Final balance must be paid in full by agreed upon day and time. If payment is not made by indicated due date, order will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded.
3. Any changes requested too close to order due date cannot be guaranteed or may be subject to additional charges.

4. **For event dates that are booked more than 6 months in advance: Due to potential changes in costs of ingredients and supplies, price quotes and order totals will be honored for 6 months. After 6 months, the order will be re-quoted and adjusted accordingly to account for any price changes. Notice will be sent out and order contract will require reviewing and agreeing to any changes made.
5. Delivery and setup is not currently offered at this time.
6. Anna's Sweet Shop is not responsible for any damage to the baked good(s) after pick up is complete. You are responsible for transportation and for providing an appropriate, secure table and environment for the products. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table. Decorated sugar cookies may have fragile details. Handle all baked goods with care. Optimal room temperature of 70 degrees F. Please note that direct sunlight and heat may have drastic and adverse effects to your desserts.
7. You assume all liability and responsibility of the condition of the baked good(s) once it leaves Anna's Sweet Shop.
8. Anna's Sweet Shop's products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, eggs, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold Anna's Sweet Shop harmless for allergic reactions. Ingredient label is printed out and attached to all baked goods.
9. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
10. By placing your order, you agree to the terms in this contract and agree that you are the person responsible for all payments and decisions regarding this order.
